The little boy in the picture of the survey is indeed Wayne Thomas. Real name: Thomas Wayne Rorabacher. He would later change his on-air name to: China Smith, and hit the L.A. market with his "voice of God" comedic banter & improvisation on stations such as KCBQ, KRLA, KROQ, KWST, KFI, KLOS, etc... After leaving L.A. for a while he worked at KVI/AM for a spell. A great dude. We all miss him dearly. There are several youtubes of China, so go visit them...
