I know a little about these guys, too. KMEN was a Colgrene station, all of which were consulted by Ron Jacobs, who also programmed their sister station in Fresno, KMAK. Bill Watson was the on-site PD at KMEN, working under Jacobs, and he joined the Drake organization, spending years there before leaving to program KMPC in Los Angeles. Chuck Clemens eventually left for KCBQ in San Diego. Mark Denis is widely known in radio. He, too, left for the Drake organization, as PD of KGB in San Diego and working for non-Drake KEZY in Anaheim (not sure of the order). For years, he was the in-house traffic reporter for KFI. William F. Williams did overnights (I think) and left for KRLA in Pasadena.
