I’m not 100% certain, but that looks like Record Rendevous at 300 Prospect Ave in Cleveland. Leo Mintz was the owner and in his neighborhood, around 1950, he noticed that both black and white kids in the area were buying “race” records at his store. Long story short: He convinced a WJW DJ named Alan Freed to start playing them on his nightly radio show in 1951, and while rock ‘n roll may not have started in Cleveland, at least it was given its name there.
